This Policy does not cover Personal Information collected offline (unless otherwise specified), on Company websites not linking to this Policy, by customers in countries other than India, or on third-party websites linked from our Platform.

Furthermore, you agree and consent to receive all service-related communications on the mobile number you provide to the Company, even if this number is registered under the National Do Not Call Registry, per the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 ("TRAI Regulations"). You expressly express your interest and accord informed consent to receive communications, including commercial communications, related to the Company’s services. You confirm that no communication from the Company or on its behalf shall be deemed Unsolicited Commercial Communication under Regulation 2(bw) of the TRAI Regulations. You have specifically opted to receive communications in this regard on the mobile number you provide.

In this Policy, "Personal Information" refers to information that directly or indirectly, either on its own or when combined with other available or likely information in the Company's possession, is capable of identifying you. • Removing Content from Customer Review: If you wish to remove content you posted on a public space, such as part of a ratings and review, please email the details to support@moxiebeauty.in. Note that we will attempt to remove your information, but it may not be completely erased from the internet, as historical copies or "caches" may remain.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

We are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss related to the use of any third-party website. THIRD-PARTY ANALYTICS

We use third-party analytics services to evaluate your use of the Platform, compile reports on activity, collect demographic data, analyse performance metrics, and collect and evaluate other information relating to the Platform and mobile and internet usage. These third parties use cookies and other technologies to help analyse and provide us with information. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of information about you by these analytics providers in accordance with this Policy.

Google: Google’s advertising requirements can be found in Google’s Advertising Principles. Google AdSense Advertising is used on our Platform. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our Platform. The DART cookie enables Google to serve ads to you based on your previous visits to our Platform and other sites on the internet. You can opt-out of the DART cookie by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network privacy policy. We use Google Analytics to analyse our web traffic.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

We offer a means for submitting your resume or other information through our Platform for consideration for employment opportunities at Moxie Beauty. Information received through resume submissions will be kept confidential. We may contact you for additional information to supplement your resume, and we may use your information within Moxie Beauty or keep it on file for future hiring decisions.

SECURITY

We take various measures to safeguard your Personal Information against loss, theft, unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification, with security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the Personal Information and the format in which it is held. These measures include:
